## Job Description & Core Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Admin, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of daily supply chain operations. Your primary duties will encompass the following key areas:
* Receiving & Inspection: Overseeing incoming product shipments and verifying that all physical goods match the delivery documentation and quality standards.
* Inventory Arrangement: Organizing and storing inventory systematically by strictly adhering to the FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles.
* Stock Integrity: Maintaining precise inventory counts and safeguarding the physical condition of goods inside the warehouse.
* Data Administration: Recording all incoming and outgoing stock movements meticulously to ensure zero discrepancies between physical inventory and system data.
* Auditing: Conducting routine physical stock opnames at scheduled intervals.
* Reporting: Compiling and presenting comprehensive warehouse operational reports to management on a regular basis.
## Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age Limit: Maximum 35 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree holder from any major with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on warehouse experience will have a distinct advantage.
* Technical Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory management techniques (specifically FIFO and FEFO).
* Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an advanced command of Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Highly communicative, detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of performing exceptionally well both independently and as part of a team.
* Mobility: Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a car.
* Domicile: Priority will be given to candidates currently residing in or near the Serang placement area.
