Operational Roles
* Heavy Equipment Operators: Loader, Excavator, Dump Truck (DT), and Forklift operators.
* Process & Facility Operators: ESP, Back Furnace, Hoist Crane, WTP/WWTP (Water Production), Boiler, and Turbine operators.
Supervisory Positions (Foreman)
* Heavy Equipment & Logistics: Heavy Equipment Foreman and Conveyor Foreman.
* Production & Processing: Feeding Worker-Dryer Kiln Foreman, Dryer Foreman, Desulfurizer Foreman, Mixing Worker Foreman, Grinding Foreman, Raw Coal Drying Foreman, and Sulfur Production Foreman.
Skilled Technical Roles
* Production Specialists: Crusher, Desulfurizer, Slag, Conveyor, Burner Checker, Raw Coal Drying, Reamer, Skimmer & Tapper, and Feeding Worker-Dryer Kiln specialists.
* Maintenance & Engineering: Mechanics, Welders, Electricians, Instrument Technicians, and Chemical Analysts.
## Candidate Requirements
To maintain our high standards of safety and productivity, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
2. Professional Experience: At least one year of proven experience in the respective field.
3. Certification: Must possess an active SIO (Operating License) or SIM BII Umum (as applicable) and relevant professional certifications for the specific position applied for.
4. Health & Conduct: Must be in excellent physical and mental health, demonstrate a professional attitude, and possess strong communication skills.
5. Placement: Must be willing and ready to be stationed at the Huabao site in Morowali.
