## Key Responsibilities and Role Overview
As our GMP Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our stringent quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing production workflows. You will serve as a bridge between operational efficiency and safety standards, guiding our manufacturing floor toward continuous improvement.
## Job Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this critical position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in an Engineering discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the exact same role or a closely related capacity.
* Industry Background: Prior working experience within the manufacturing sector, particularly plastics production or packaging operations, is strongly preferred.
* Leadership Capability: Preference will be given to candidates with a proven background as a coordinator, supervisor, or team leader specialized in manufacturing and production operations.
## Essential Skills and Competencies
The ideal candidate should possess a robust technical skill set, including:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Familiarity with the Halal Assurance System (Sistem Jaminan Halal* - SJH).
* Understanding of ISO standards and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
* Working knowledge of production machinery, specifically plastic manufacturing equipment.
