* Applicants for the Concrete Pump Operator (1) and TMC Operator (2) roles should possess at least a Senior High School diploma (SMA).
* Professional Experience:
* A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in the same field is required for all listed positions (1-3).
* Certifications and Licenses:
* Successful candidates for Operator roles (1-2) must hold valid SIO certification and a General B2 Driving License (SIM B2 Umum).
* Specialized Skills:
