## Understanding the Role: Dies Operator Responsibilities
As a crucial member of our manufacturing floor, the Dies Operator ensures that all tooling and production equipment operate at peak efficiency. Your daily duties will involve a hands-on approach to mechanical maintenance and quality assurance.
* Tooling Maintenance & Assembly: Conduct routine maintenance, precise repairs, and seamless assembly of various dies components—including press tools, molds, jigs, fixtures, and spot-welding head repairs.
* Precision Measurement: Perform meticulous inspections and exact measurements utilizing advanced calibration tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and related instruments.
* Blueprint Interpretation: Read, interpret, and accurately apply complex technical drawings to meet strict production specifications.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Production and Quality Control departments to guarantee that every output aligns with our rigorous quality benchmarks.
* Workplace Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free workspace within the Dies Department in strict compliance with safety protocols.

* Gender: Male applicants only.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Precision Tooling, or another closely related discipline.
* Age Range: Between 20 and 29 years old.
* Technical Competency: Proven ability to operate various mechanical measuring instruments with high accuracy.
* Blueprint Literacy: Strong capability to read and comprehend detailed technical drawings.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on work experience within a Dies Department, with a primary focus on press tools, molds, or jigs.
