## Current Professional Vacancies
1. Mechanical Engineer
* Placement: Griya Praja & Griya Nata
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in mining facilities or industrial plant construction. Expertise in AutoCAD, MS Office, and scheduling software (Primavera/MS Project) is essential. A POP certification is highly preferred.
* Key Responsibilities: Reviewing mechanical designs for constructability, supervising site installations, managing technical resolutions during commissioning, and ensuring strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
2. Mine Operations Department Head
* Placement: Jakarta (Initial) to Wahau Minesite
* Requirements: 10–15 years of senior-level mining experience with a proven track record in managing operations, budgets, and contractor performance. Holds necessary industry competencies (KIT & POU).
* Key Responsibilities: Leading day-to-day mining operations to achieve production targets, implementing best-practice operational strategies, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring cost-effective, safe performance in compliance with mining regulations.
3. Construction Manager (Mechanical)
* Placement: Bengalon
* Requirements: 15+ years of experience in bulk material handling, piping, and coal processing plants. Strong proficiency in international standards (FIDIC 2017, ASME, ASTM, ANSI) and project management tools (Revit, MS Project).
* Key Responsibilities: Leading EPC projects from planning through to handover, controlling budgets and schedules (S-curve/Gantt), overseeing QA/QC and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and managing stakeholder contracts.
4. Long Term Mine Planning Engineer
* Placement: Jakarta
* Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mine or Geological Engineering with at least 5 years of open-pit experience. Advanced proficiency in mine planning software such as Minescape or MineX is required, along with a deep understanding of KCMI codes and economic evaluation.
* Key Responsibilities: Developing long-term strategic mine plans, performing pit optimization and reserve estimations, conducting feasibility studies, and executing risk analysis to ensure the project’s economic viability.
5. Geotechnical Engineer
* Placement: Jakarta (with travel to Nusantara site)
* Requirements: Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with 5 years of industry experience. Skilled in slope stability analysis and foundation design using Geo5, Slide, and AutoCAD.
* Key Responsibilities: Analyzing geotechnical data (SPT/CPT/Borehole), monitoring slope stability, supervising site investigations, and providing technical recommendations to mitigate risks related to soil conditions and structural integrity.
6. Document Controller (CSAG)
* Placement: Wahau Site (Askara)
* Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or mining document control. Highly proficient in systems like Aconex or SharePoint and adept at managing project documentation under pressure.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing the full lifecycle of project documentation—including drawings, contracts, and permits—maintaining rigorous version control, and ensuring all records are audit-ready and accessible to stakeholders.
