Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the role of Production Operator at our Cikarang facility, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate or equivalent.
* Marital Status: Single/Unmarried.
* Professional Attitude: Must be a hard worker with a high level of motivation and a professional appearance.
* Health Standards: Physically and mentally fit, with no restrictions that would impede production duties.
* Operational Readiness: Ability to work in rotating shifts as required by the production schedule.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a positive, collaborative personality.
* Experience: Previous hands-on experience within a manufacturing or industrial processing environment is highly preferred.
* Geographic Preference: Candidates residing in the Cibitung area and its immediate surroundings are encouraged to apply.
