## Position Overview: Analyst, Logistics Operations
Positioned in Surabaya, this crucial permanent, full-time role places you at the heart of finished goods distribution management. You will directly oversee a dedicated team of 6 SC Johnson employees and 7 contractors, managing a 2,200-pallet position storage facility operating on a non-Warehouse Management System (WMS) setup.
Your core objective will be to champion operational excellence, enforce rigorous safety standards, and spearhead continuous process improvements to optimize both cost and productivity. (Note: Please be advised that relocation assistance is not available for this position).
## Core Responsibilities and Daily Duties
Success in this dynamic role requires a hands-on approach to daily supply chain logistics, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic cost management. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Logistics and Delivery Oversight: Supervise daily domestic customer deliveries and finished goods transfers to Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs).
* Sales Alignment: Coordinate seamlessly with sales, customer fulfillment, manufacturing, and supply planning teams to ensure flawless execution toward monthly sales targets.
* Performance Analysis: Evaluate warehouse operational metrics, analyze cost and productivity data, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Financial Stewardship: Act as a co-owner of cost management, actively driving transportation cost-saving initiatives.
* Compliance and Safety: Enforce stringent Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) guidelines, quality protocols, and regulatory compliance across all warehouse operations.
* Warehouse Management: Oversee core processes, including periodic cycle counting, slow-moving inventory management, throughput productivity, and SAP-driven finished goods movement.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and lead initiatives to refine warehouse workflows.
* Team Leadership: Foster talent development, enhance the capabilities of direct reports and subordinate teams, and align training initiatives with regional capability frameworks while managing supplier relationships effectively.
