We are currently recruiting for several key technical and operational roles to support our growing facility in West Java.
1. PIO Part Leader (Repairman)
This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of vehicle quality before delivery.
* Execute expert-level paint repairs, touch-ups, and mechanical adjustments.
* Perform comprehensive troubleshooting and precise component replacement.
* Conduct rigorous quality inspections while strictly adhering to 5S and workplace safety standards.
* Maintain workshop machinery and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
* Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding repair timelines and vehicle handovers.
* Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in automotive manufacturing, body repair, or mechanical troubleshooting.
* Advanced technical proficiency in vehicle assembly, disassembly, and mechanical repair.
* Proven ability to operate specialized workshop tools, including paint booths.
* Valid SIM A driver’s license is mandatory.
* Physical fitness and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced workshop environment.
2. Installation Tinting Film Operator
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to ensure our new vehicle fleet meets aesthetic and quality standards.
* Perform professional automotive accessory installations according to strict quality guidelines.
* Apply high-quality tinting films to new vehicle units with precision.
* Conduct thorough post-installation quality checks to ensure a "zero-defect" outcome.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S standards.
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Demonstrated hands-on experience in automotive window tinting or glass film application.
* Flexibility to work in shift patterns and perform overtime duties when required.
* Strong work ethic, discipline, and a proactive attitude.
* Must be currently residing in or around Cikarang, West Java.
3. PIO Operator
The PIO Operator plays a crucial role in our accessory installation process, ensuring that every vehicle meets our quality benchmarks.
* Install accessory components efficiently without compromising on quality.
* Manage the assembly and fitting of new vehicle accessory parts.
* Perform systematic quality control inspections on all completed installations.
* Prioritize workplace safety and implement 5S methodologies daily.
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Prior experience in manufacturing, specifically within the automotive sector, is highly preferred.
* Must possess a valid SIM A driver’s license.
* Familiarity with basic quality control principles and measurement tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
