## Overview of the Role
The organization is currently seeking a dedicated and analytical professional to strengthen its supply chain operations. This position offers a unique chance to work within a fast-paced environment, handling domestic and international shipments for a mega-scale industrial project.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the logistics team, your day-to-day duties will encompass critical supply chain functions:
* Schedule Management: Assist in formulating and updating vessel schedules, laycan plans, and delivery timelines for both domestic and export shipments, closely tracking progress alongside internal teams, shipping agents, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
* Documentation Control: Prepare, verify, and maintain precise shipping documentsโincluding Delivery Orders and Shipping Instructionsโwhile managing comprehensive cargo records and logistics databases.
* Operations Tracking: Monitor daily cargo readiness as well as loading and discharging operations, generate detailed inventory and logistics reports, and assist with freight cost evaluations and invoice verification.

Professional Requirements
* Education: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelorโs (S1) degree in Logistics & Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience is preferred; high-performing fresh graduates possessing robust internship backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, data management, shipping documentation, and logistics reporting.
* Soft Skills & Languages: Exhibit exceptional communication and coordination abilities; proficiency in Mandarin will be considered a distinct advantage.
