## The Management Trainee (Cadet/Assistant) Program
The Management Trainee program is a rigorous, six-month accelerated development pathway designed to transform high-potential graduates into future leaders of the plantation industry. Participants will engage in a comprehensive curriculum featuring:
* Theory-Based Learning: Intensive classroom training covering modern plantation management.
* Practical Field Immersion: Hands-on experience under the direct mentorship of Senior Assistants and Managers.
* Performance Monitoring: Continuous evaluation by the Personnel Training and Operations teams.
* Professional Assessment: Regular examinations and strategic presentations to track progress.
Upon successfully completing the initial six-month training, candidates will enter a professional service agreement for a two-year tenure, ensuring a total commitment period of 2.5 years.
## Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this competitive program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age and Education: Aged between 24 and 27 years, holding a D3, D4, or Bachelor’s degree.
* Educational Background:
* Agronomy Tracks: Plantation Cultivation, Forestry, Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Cultivation, or Plant Pests and Diseases.
* Engineering Tracks: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, as well as Agricultural Product Technology.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Graduation Status: Open to 2023 and 2024 graduates.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Licensing: Must possess a valid SIM C driver’s license.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed in any of the company’s plantation sites, including Sumatra, Kalimantan, or other operational regions.
