Are you seeking a dynamic career path within a leading integrated agribusiness group? PT Ketapang Agro Lestari, an integral member of the esteemed First Resources Group, is at the forefront of the palm oil industry and offers exciting opportunities for driven professionals.
About First Resources Group
First Resources stands as a prominent palm oil producer, renowned for its extensive operations across more than 200,000 hectares of meticulously managed plantations throughout Indonesia's Riau, East Kalimantan, and West Kalimantan provinces. Our core business model encompasses the entire upstream value chain: cultivating high-yield oil palm trees, efficiently harvesting fresh fruit bunches (FFB), and processing these into essential raw materials like Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel (PK) at our state-of-the-art mills.
Beyond primary production, the Group strategically leverages its sophisticated downstream facilities, including refineries, fractionation plants, biodiesel production units, and palm kernel crushers. This integrated approach transforms CPO and PK into a diverse array of higher-value palm-based products such as advanced biodiesel, refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD) olein, RBD stearin, palm kernel oil, and palm kernel expeller. This comprehensive integration allows us to maximize the economic value derived from our upstream plantation assets, with our high-quality products distributed to both thriving local markets and a broad international customer base.
