The Helper position is a vital part of our field operations, ensuring that our charging stations are properly installed, maintained, and functional for our users. This role requires a blend of physical stamina and a commitment to following operational protocols.
<h3>Core Job Functions:</h3>

<li><strong>Equipment Installation and Removal:</strong> Executing the setup and dismantling of power bank rental machines at various partner locations.</li>
<li><strong>Technical Inspection:</strong> Performing routine checks on machinery to identify and troubleshoot any functional issues or technical glitches.</li>
<li><strong>Logistics and Handling:</strong> Assisting in the safe transportation, lifting, and repositioning of equipment to ensure optimal placement.</li>
<li><strong>Basic Maintenance:</strong> Carrying out simple preventative maintenance and cleaning to keep the machines in peak condition.</li>
<li><strong>Operational Reporting:</strong> Communicating technical challenges or machine malfunctions clearly to the relevant supervisory teams.</li>
<li><strong>Field Mobility:</strong> Traveling between different sites as required by the company’s daily operational needs.</li>

<li><strong>Experience:</strong> No prior technical experience is required; we welcome entry-level applicants who are eager to undergo training.</li>
<li><strong>Professionalism:</strong> Must be disciplined, responsible, and capable of following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) strictly.</li>
<li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Able to work effectively as an individual contributor or as part of a collaborative team.</li>
<li><strong>Licensing:</strong> Must possess a valid Class C Driver’s License (SIM C) and have access to a private motorcycle for work-related travel.</li>
<li><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong> Candidates who are proficient in driving a car and possess a valid Class A Driver’s License (SIM A) will be given high priority.</li>
