## Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to two years of professional experience.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: A self-starter attitude with demonstrated leadership experience through extracurricular or organizational involvement.

* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at our facility in Morowali, Central Sulawesi.
