## HRGA Manager Job Description
As the Human Resources and General Affairs Manager, you will serve as a strategic pillar for the company, aligning workforce operations with corporate objectives. Your core responsibilities will encompass a diverse portfolio of HR and administrative functions:
* Staff Management: Overseeing daily departmental workflows and fostering a high-performance work culture.
* Recruiting and Hiring: Spearheading end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals.
* Global Performance Management: Implementing frameworks to evaluate, track, and elevate employee output on an international scale.
* HR & GA Administration: Managing general operational administration to ensure seamless daily business continuity.
* Compensation, Benefits, & PPH21: Overseeing payroll administration, employee benefits packages, and accurate Indonesian tax compliance (PPH21).
* HR Policies, Procedures, & Legal: Developing, updating, and enforcing company policies in strict accordance with local labor regulations.
* Employee Relations: Acting as a trusted mediator to maintain harmonious employer-employee dynamics and engagement.
* Company Assets Management: Supervising the maintenance, inventory, and security of organizational assets.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To thrive in this critical leadership capacity, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
1. Educational Background: Hold at least a Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a closely related discipline.
2. Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of 7 years of proven working experience operating at the Department Head or managerial level within HR.
3. Core Competencies: Exhibit exceptional communication abilities, robust leadership capabilities, superior influencing tactics, and refined interpersonal skills.
4. Analytical Prowess: Demonstrate advanced analytical thinking, structured problem-solving methodologies, and decisive managerial judgment.
5. Language Proficiency: Fluency in professional English is strictly mandatory for daily cross-functional and global communication.
6. Industry Advantage: Prior working experience within a Korean multinational corporation or the IT/ICT industry will be considered a significant advantage.
7. Location & Availability: Must be willing to work onsite in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta, and possess the availability to join the company as soon as possible.
