We are looking for a skilled technician to maintain and optimize our electrical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our industrial systems.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
* Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of high and low-voltage systems, electrical installations, and panel systems.
* Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to utilize electrical measuring instruments such as multimeters and clamp meters.
* Maintenance & Repair: Proven capability to perform installation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
* Professional Attributes: Strong communication and coordination skills, ability to work independently or within a team, and a firm commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work in shifts if required and maintain physical and mental readiness for field operations.
2. Corporate Strategy Planning Assistant
This role is designed for ambitious financial professionals looking to contribute to large-scale investment analysis and corporate development. You will support our strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights and financial rigor.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering. A focus on Finance or Accounting is highly preferred.
* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Business Consulting, or Business Development. Exceptional fresh graduates will also be considered.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and financial software (Bloomberg/Reuters) is a significant advantage.
* Analytical Competencies: Mastery of financial modeling and investment analysis, including DCF, IRR, NPV, and Payback Period calculations.
* Strategic Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS), market analysis, cost structuring, and risk assessment.
