## Engineering and Technical Opportunities
1. Lean Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Drive organizational manufacturing goals, spearhead cost-reduction initiatives using Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies, and implement process enhancements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; prior experience in Lean or Kaizen manufacturing is preferred. Must possess strong project management and change-leadership skills.
2. Process Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Design and supervise high-quality line tooling, jigs, and fixtures; explore automation opportunities; and standardize processes across sister plants.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering. Proficiency in fabrication, machining, PLC programming, and technical drawing is essential.
3. Industrial Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Optimize production workflows, design workstations, manage plant layouts, and calculate material yield requirements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering. Knowledge of AutoCAD, PLC, pneumatics, and sonic welding is highly valued.
4. Product Development Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee 2D decoration and packaging design, ensuring a perfect balance between aesthetic appeal and manufacturability.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required; experience in product development is a significant plus.
5. Product Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Plan new toy projects, perform design reviews, analyze material costs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure international compliance during mass production.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Must have a strong grasp of technical drawing and product/process knowledge.
## Operational and Management Roles
6. Production Supervisor
* Key Responsibilities: Lead shift production, monitor quality and safety standards, and execute initiatives to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Candidates should have production industry experience, strong leadership abilities, and the flexibility to work in shifts.
7. Material Planner
* Key Responsibilities: Manage purchase orders, coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow, and maintain records within MRP systems.
* Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration. 2–3 years of experience in procurement or inventory control is required.
8. Equipment & Facility Engineer
* Key Responsibilities: Execute preventive maintenance, manage spare parts budgets, lead maintenance teams, and ensure strict compliance with EH&S standards.
* Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering. At least 2 years of experience in similar industries is required, along with skills in AutoCAD, PLC, and hydraulics.
9. Indirect Buyer
* Key Responsibilities: Source and purchase essential materials and services while evaluating supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. Familiarity with procurement systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
## Technical Support
10. Technician
* Key Responsibilities: Perform technical duties related to machine operation and maintenance.
* Requirements: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Multimedia. Must have 3+ years of experience, including expertise in PLC, printing machinery, or SolidWorks. Candidates must be willing to work shifts and be stationed in Cikarang, Bekasi.
