## Available Position: Receptionist
We are currently looking for a professional and highly organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This role serves as the face of our company, responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring efficient front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Visitor Management: Greeting guests with a professional demeanor and ensuring a positive first impression.
* Communication: Answering, screening, and routing incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments.
* Administrative Support: Managing schedules, appointments, and reservations, as well as handling documentation and records.
* Logistics: Overseeing the receipt and distribution of mail, courier packages, and company deliveries.
* Information Services: Providing accurate information regarding company services and facility amenities.

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate, open to all majors.
* Gender: Female.
* Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a receptionist role.
