## Position Overview: Warehouse Operator
The Warehouse Operator role is vital to maintaining the seamless flow of our production chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and facilitating the efficient movement of goods within our facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute standard operating procedures for the systematic receipt, organized storage, and timely dispatch of automotive components.
* Conduct rigorous stock takes and maintain meticulous records to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Operate heavy warehouse equipment, including hand pallets and forklifts, in accordance with safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain a safe, high-functioning workspace.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a warehousing or logistics environment.
* Operational Certification: Proficiency in operating forklifts, supported by a valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi).
* Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to perform accurate stock-taking and inventory documentation.
* Physical Stamina: Excellent physical condition, with the readiness to commit to a structured shift-work schedule.
* Operational Knowledge: A solid understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes, from intake to outbound shipping.
