We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to fill the role of Operator / Factory Worker through our official outsourcing partners. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-capacity, professional manufacturing environment.
Candidate Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of production efficiency and workplace safety, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Open to both male and female applicants.
* Age Limit: Must be between 18 years old and 25 years and 11 months as of May 1, 2025.
* Education: Minimum qualification of a Vocational High School (SMK), Senior High School (SMA), or Madrasah Aliyah (MA) diploma.
* Physical and Mental Health: Candidates must be in excellent physical and mental condition.
* Employment Status: Applicants must be willing to be employed via a designated outsourcing firm. Please note that this is not a direct PKWT contract with PT MKM, but a contract managed by our authorized outsourcing partner.
* Administrative Compliance: Candidates must be ready to undergo the full selection process and complete all administrative requirements mandated by the outsourcing provider.
* Contract Type: Positions are based on a monthly contract structure.
