## About the MSI Graduate Trainee Program (GTP)
The GTP is an immersive professional development journey structured to transition fresh graduates into strategic contributors. Over two years, participants gain deep exposure to MSI’s business model, field operations, and core leadership principles.
The Three-Phase Development Roadmap
1. Learn (Months 1–6): Focus on foundational knowledge, including company culture, product specifications, and the intricacies of MSI’s business operations.
2. Contribute (Months 7–12): Transition into active roles by managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and gaining intensive on-site field experience.
3. Grow (Months 13–24): Assume higher levels of responsibility, lead dedicated projects, and prepare for permanent placement in strategic roles within the organization.
## Program Qualifications
MSI seeks ambitious individuals who possess both technical aptitude and a strong drive for excellence. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Experience: Recent graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Essential Skills: Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
* Language Proficiency: A high level of competence in English.
* Mobility & Requirements: Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A) and be willing to be stationed at any MSI project site.

MSI is seeking talent across various engineering and business disciplines. All positions are open to graduates (D3/S1) of Heavy Equipment, Mining, Geological, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Engineering Physics, Transportation & Logistics, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
1. Technical Service Engineer
Focus on the technical integrity of EV commercial vehicles and traditional heavy-duty systems. Responsibilities include:
* Developing maintenance procedures and troubleshooting guides.
* Managing Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), commissioning, and warranty investigations.
* Providing hands-on technical support and technician training.
2. Production Engineer
Optimize vehicle assembly and manufacturing efficiency. Key duties involve:
* Standardizing assembly workflows, Work Instructions (WI), and Standard Operating Sheets (SOS).
* Managing CKD assembly processes and production trials.
* Monitoring production readiness and analyzing efficiency metrics.
3. Quality Engineer
Ensure all products meet stringent international safety and performance standards. Duties include:
* Developing inspection standards and quality plans (IQC, IPQC, and FQC).
* Performing root cause analysis on component defects.
* Executing corrective actions and continuous improvement reports.
4. Spare Parts Engineer
Manage the complex lifecycle of heavy equipment components. Key focus areas:
* Developing and maintaining comprehensive spare parts catalogues.
* Verifying component compatibility and technical specifications.
* Forecasting parts requirements based on maintenance trends and warranty data.
5. Sales & Business Consultant
Leverage technical knowledge to build relationships and drive business growth within the mining and logistics sectors. This role is ideal for S1 graduates in Engineering or Transportation fields who are eager to translate complex technical specs into high-value client solutions.
