## About the Production Operator Role
We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Production Operators. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency. You will play a hands-on part in our manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring that our products meet the rigorous requirements our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, your primary duties will include:
* Machine Operations: Efficiently operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure optimal output.
* Quality Assurance: Reporting production quality, identifying machine malfunctions, and maintaining accurate logs of raw material usage and operational uptime.
* Inventory Management: Overseeing stock levels for vital materials such as ink and silo contents, and providing timely alerts when supplies are running low.
* Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the Silo and tent warehouse areas clean and organized.
* Logistical Oversight: Preparing shipping documents (packing lists), reconciling physical goods against daily production reports, and ensuring that outbound shipments align perfectly with delivery notes.
* Operational Support: Executing loading and unloading processes and participating in monthly stock-taking (opname) activities.
* General Duties: Performing additional tasks as directed by supervisors to support seamless operational workflows.
## Required Qualifications

1. Education: A minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/K) or an equivalent vocational qualification.
