1. Mechanical Plumbing Expert
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; 3 years of experience in supervision consultancy; possession of a valid Madya/Muda SKA is preferred.
* Responsibilities: Oversee contractor performance, generate detailed progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly), provide technical guidance on mechanical specifications, and prepare technical justifications.
2. Instrument Engineer
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrument & Control, Telecommunications, Electronics, Physics, Industrial, or Railway System engineering. Requires 8 years of professional experience (railway industry experience is an advantage) and 3 years in supervisory consulting.
* Placement: Must be willing to work in Muara Enim, South Sumatra.
* Responsibilities: Conduct site inspections, evaluate contractor outputs, collaborate with the team leader, verify project documentation, and maintain rigorous technical reporting.
3. Team Leader
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in construction management or supervision consultancy. Proven leadership skills and high integrity are required.
* Responsibilities: Direct and coordinate the supervisory consulting team, manage project documentation, lead technical discussions with contractors, and serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders. Must be willing to travel throughout Indonesia.
4. Asset Management Specialist
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
* Responsibilities: Supervise field operations, aggregate and manage field data, perform technical analysis, and deliver professional progress presentations regarding asset performance.
5. Site Inspector (Electrical)
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; 3 years of relevant experience; valid SKA Muda is preferred.
* Responsibilities: Monitor electrical field installations, track data for reporting, provide technical analysis for electrical systems, and ensure consistent project documentation and progress reporting.
