1. Operations Administrator
The Operations Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring that administrative documentation and logistical reporting remain seamless, supporting the overall efficiency of our vessel fleet.
* Manage and archive all essential documentation and reports originating from vessel operations.
* Monitor daily vessel reports and track ongoing work progress on board.
* Compile comprehensive daily recaps for fleet performance monitoring.
* Maintain an updated inventory and track the procurement needs of our vessels.
* Coordinate effectively with relevant stakeholders to ensure that all shipboard operations proceed without interruption.
* Male candidate with a degree in Naval Architecture or Maritime Studies.
* Minimum of one year of professional experience; prior experience in an Oil & Gas shipping firm is a significant advantage.
* Solid understanding of shipboard machinery, electrical systems, and structural integrity.
* Working knowledge of Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS).
* Strong team collaboration skills and clear communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
2. HSE & Operations Specialist
The HSE & Operations Specialist is vital to maintaining our rigorous safety standards. This role ensures that our operations align with international maritime regulations and internal quality management systems.
* Male candidate, preferably with an educational background in Shipping or Maritime studies.
* Proven experience in the Oil & Gas shipping sector is highly preferred.
* A minimum of five years of dedicated experience in an HSE capacity.
* Must possess the following certifications: General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum), Internal Auditor ISM Code, DPA, and ISPS Code Company Security Officer.
* Technical training in ISO 31000 (Risk Management), ISO 9001/14001/45001, First Aid, and CSMS.
* Exceptional communication skills with full professional proficiency in English.
* High level of competence in Microsoft Office.
