The selected candidate will play a vital role on the factory floor. Daily duties include:
* Machine Operation & Maintenance: Operating, continuously monitoring, and maintaining production machinery in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Target Achievement: Ensuring that daily output targets are met without compromising the high quality standards set by the company.
* Sanitation & Safety: Maintaining optimal cleanliness and organization of the workspace to comply with safety protocols.
* Reporting: Compiling detailed daily reports covering production output, raw material consumption, and any technical hurdles encountered during the shift.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Educational background in vocational high school (SMK) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, backed by a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a production operator.
* Alternatively, graduates holding a Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing are welcome to apply (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged).
