Position: Production Helper
This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that our high standards for safety, cleanliness, and efficiency are upheld on the production floor.
Job Responsibilities
* Execute production activities in strict accordance with the vision, mission, and core values of PT Prakarsa Alam Segar.
* Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while prioritizing workplace health and safety.
* Maintain the production line and surrounding workspace to ensure it remains clean, organized, orderly, and safe (5S standards).
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Skills: Must demonstrate high agility, physical stamina, and strong attention to detail.
* Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work in a rotating 3-shift schedule.
