## About the Role: Warehouse Staff
As our Warehouse Staff based in Pekanbaru, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily inventory operations, maintaining seamless logistical flows, and ensuring that our high-standard food products are handled safely and efficiently from storage to distribution.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching inventory.
* Monitor stock accuracy and conduct regular audits in alignment with company standards.
* Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards relevant to the retail and food sectors, including BPOM guidelines and transportation protocols.
* Coordinate effectively with logistics, supply chain, and retail store teams to prevent stock discrepancies and delays.
* Maintain detailed digital and physical records using corporate software and Microsoft Office applications.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on working experience within a warehouse or inventory management environment.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with warehouse management principles, product knowledge, and foundational logistics concepts.
* Regulatory Awareness: Comprehensive understanding of government regulations impacting retail operations, specifically regarding food safety (BPOM) and transport compliance.
* Sector Experience: Prior background working within the retail industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is highly preferred.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Advanced proficiency in operating Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Familiarity and hands-on experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be considered a strong additional advantage.
