## Job Description: Key Responsibilities
As the Store Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of our retail operations. Your primary objective is to drive profitability while maintaining the highest standards of brand presentation and customer service. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Daily Operations & Sales Target: Oversee day-to-day store operations to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
* Store Presentation & Visual Merchandising: Maintain an immaculate, visually appealing store environment that captivates shoppers and delivers an inviting shopping atmosphere.
* Inventory Management: Oversee stock management, monitor inventory levels meticulously, and prevent both stockouts and overstock scenarios.
* Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and train retail staff to uphold premium customer service standards, fostering a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
* Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to empower team members to reach their full potential.
* Customer Experience & Conflict Resolution: Create memorable shopping journeys to build brand loyalty while handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
* Strategic Marketing & Trend Analysis: Identify shifting consumer behaviors and fashion trends, and implement innovative marketing strategies and localized events to attract new shoppers and retain loyal patrons.
* Financial Stewardship: Manage store budgets prudently, ensuring the optimal allocation and efficient use of resources.
* Reporting & Compliance: Analyze periodic sales reports, draft comprehensive monthly performance reviews for upper management, and strictly enforce company policies and legal regulations.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this fast-paced leadership role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), though degrees in Business Management, Marketing, or related disciplines are highly preferred.
* Industry Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Store Manager or in a comparable leadership role within the fashion retail sector.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
* Analytical Aptitude: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Market Awareness: Deep understanding of current fashion trends and consumer psychology to formulate relevant retail strategies.
* Team Scaling Experience: Demonstrated capability in managing large retail teams effectively.
* Spatial Management: Hands-on experience overseeing expansive selling floors measuring up to 800 square meters (sqm).
* Visual Merchandising Expertise: Solid working knowledge of retail visual merchandising standards.
* Location & Availability: Must be willing to work on-site in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, and available to join our team as soon as possible.
