We are currently looking for qualified professionals to fill several key operational and administrative roles within our state-inch-state distribution facilities.
1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will serve as the operational linchpin, ensuring seamless coordination between storage capacity, inventory flow, and daily fulfillment demands.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Formulate daily inbound and outbound operational schedules based on current business demands.
* Optimize warehouse capacity, storage allocation, workforce scheduling, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) deployment.
* Monitor the execution of warehouse activities and collaborate with transport teams to resolve scheduling discrepancies.
* Track inventory movement, manage stock availability, and resolve stock discrepancies across departments.
* Generate comprehensive daily performance reports and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate in any major.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in a planning role, specifically as a Warehouse Planner.
* Solid foundational understanding of warehousing processes, logistics functions, and basic business operations.
* Possesses a forward-thinking mindset focused on business growth and continuous improvement.
2. Transport Planner
This role focuses on orchestrating seamless distribution logistics, monitoring transport fleets, and ensuring absolute adherence to safety protocols during loading and unloading activities.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Generate delivery slips (Loading Notes with Route Planning) and validate shipping documentation.
* Coordinate closely with transporters and internal security for loading and unloading processes.
* Monitor delivery execution, Proof of Delivery (POD), and yard management activities through the Transport Management System (TMS).
* Enforce uncompromising safety standards among transporters while updating status logs in real time.
* Draft daily delivery summaries and report pending shipments to coordinators.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate in any discipline.
* Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Transport Planner within the logistics or transportation sector.
* Passive English proficiency.
* Proficient in operating Transport Management Systems (TMS) alongside strong documentation and reporting skills.
3. Administration Staff
Administrative excellence is vital for maintaining accurate sales records, inventory visibility, and smooth communication across our supply chain network.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Convert Purchase Orders (POs) into Delivery Orders (DOs) for canvas sales.
* Process sales transactions from Sales Orders through to billing and handle sales returns accurately.
* Manage equipment delivery and retrieval documentation.
* Perform equipment stock takes and maintain master data for new customers.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Diploma (D3) degree from any major.
* At least 1 year of administrative experience within a logistics or warehousing environment.
* Familiarity with inbound, outbound, and inventory workflows.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and familiarity with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
4. Equipment Operator
Equipment Operators are responsible for executing warehouse activities safely and efficiently while maintaining the optimal working condition of material handling machinery.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Execute precise put-away, picking, transfer, and replenishment tasks in adherence to Good Warehouse Practice (GWP).
* Conduct physical stock counts and prevent inventory discrepancies or security breaches.
* Perform pre- and post-operational checks on Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
* Manage equipment battery charging and replacement procedures safely.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
* At least 2 years of proven experience as an Equipment Operator.
* Must hold a valid Class 2 Forklift License (SIO Forklift Kelas 2) registered with TemanK3.
* Demonstrated numerical accuracy, honesty, high attention to detail, and willingness to work in shifts.
5. Picker Checker
Picker Checkers ensure that outbound orders are accurately retrieved, verified against digital systems, and prepared efficiently for dispatch.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Receive incoming goods, inspect physical conditions, and cross-reference them against accompanying documents.
* Perform accurate item picking using RF Scanners, matching exact SKUs, batch numbers, and quantities.
* Transport verified products to loading bays for truck dispatch.
* Operate MHE safely and conduct routine equipment checklist verifications.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) education.
* At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
* Strong foundational knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory procedures.
* Ability to operate pallet movers; holding a registered Class 2 Forklift License (SIO Forklift Kelas 2) is a strong advantage.
* Reliable, honest, detail-oriented, and available for shift work.
