## Job Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Production (Gesso) Leader, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence, driving efficiency, and ensuring that output aligns with the company’s strict quality benchmarks.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Team Coordination & Supervision: Directing, organizing, and overseeing all team tasks to guarantee compliance with company planning, operational procedures, and standard operating procedures.
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring repair processes and grading procedures to strictly match corporate quality benchmarks.
* Target Achievement: Taking full ownership of hitting production volume targets while upholding superior standards of finished output.
* Team Development: Mentoring staff members to elevate their professional competencies and conducting objective performance evaluations.
* Process Oversight: Managing the end-to-end production and packing workflows to ensure strict adherence to corporate guidelines.
* Discipline Management: Maintaining workplace order, safety compliance, and team discipline across all shifts.
* Reporting & Analysis: Formulating regular work reports and conducting thorough troubleshooting analyses for submission to senior management.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this critical leadership role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines.
* Industry Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on working experience within the woodworking and gesso manufacturing sector.
* Standard Compliance: Demonstrated understanding and practical application of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and SMK3 (Occupational Safety and Health Management System) standards.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership capabilities coupled with advanced problem-solving skills.
* Work Arrangement: Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
