We are currently opening doors for ambitious young professionals to join our Management Trainee (MT) – Spinning program. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn the intricacies of production, and accelerate your career toward becoming a future leader in the textile industry.
Core Responsibilities
Selected candidates will undergo a rigorous training curriculum designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industrial application:
* Comprehensive Training: Gain deep insights into the complete Spinning process, spanning from Blowing and Carding to Drawing, Roving, Spinning, and Winding.
* Operational Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including production output, product quality, and operational efficiency.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance departments to streamline workflows.
* Improvement Projects: Develop and implement actionable insights to drive continuous process improvements.
* Leadership Development: Prepare for future responsibilities as a Supervisor or Department Leader.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are driven, analytical, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Textile Engineering (preferred), Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
* Academic Excellence: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Skill Set: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Commitment: Must be willing to work on a shift basis and relocate to any of our operational units as required.
