## General Eligibility Requirements
All applicants must meet the following baseline criteria to be considered for the selection process:
* Nationality: Must be an Indonesian citizen (provide a copy of your E-KTP).
* Age: Between 35 and 55 years old at the time of initial application.

* Legal Standing: Not currently undergoing criminal proceedings or previously convicted of crimes involving regional or national financial losses.
* Conflict of Interest: Must be willing to resign from political party positions, candidacy for public office, or concurrent roles in other BUMDs, BUMNs, or private enterprises upon appointment.
## Specific Professional Qualifications
Candidates are expected to bring substantial expertise and a strategic mindset to the organization:
* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S-1).
* Experience: A minimum of five years in managerial roles within a legal entity, demonstrating strong team leadership.
* Knowledge: Proficiency in corporate management, local government regulations, and industry-specific energy expertise.
* Commitment: Ability to work full-time and reside in the operational area.
* Governance: No familial connections (up to the third degree) with the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, or the Board of Commissioners of PT Sinergi Patriot Kota Bekasi.
* Proposal: Submission of a strategic business plan and vision/mission statement for the company.
