We are looking for motivated individuals to fill the following strategic roles within our organization:
1. HRGA Officer
This role focuses on maintaining the operational efficiency of our human resources and general affairs departments.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or Business.
* Experience: 1–3 years in HR/GA, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Key Skills: Mastery of HR administration (BPJS, attendance, payroll documentation), facility management, and vendor relations. Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/13485 standards is essential.
2. Material Planner / Production Planner
Join our supply chain team to ensure seamless production cycles and inventory accuracy.
* Requirements: Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in material or production planning.
* Key Skills: Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office; strong ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team.
3. Programmer Technician
Help drive our technical capabilities in our electronics division.
* Requirements: Diploma III in Informatics Engineering or Computer Science.
* Experience: At least 1 year in a programming capacity, with a preference for candidates with a background in PCBA manufacturing.
4. Purchasing / Buyer Senior Officer
We are seeking an expert negotiator to manage our procurement strategies.
* Requirements: Diploma degree with at least 5 years of purchasing experience.
* Key Skills: Advanced expertise in ERP/SAP systems, market trend analysis, and demand forecasting. Exceptional negotiation skills for pricing and contract terms are required.
5. QEHS Management System (Senior Engineer)

* Requirements: Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* Key Skills: In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, AS 9001, and TS 16949.
6. SMT Supervisor
