## 1. Technology Development & Drone Operations
We are looking for tech-savvy professionals to lead our digital transformation and precision agriculture efforts.
Drone Team Section
* Responsibilities: Execute drone flight operations for mapping, inspection, and documentation; perform equipment maintenance; verify data accuracy; and ensure compliance with flight regulations.
* Qualifications: D3/S1 degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience with mission planning software and drone hardware is highly desirable.
Web & IoT Developers
* Responsibilities: Design, secure, and maintain company websites and IoT systems; monitor security threats; and ensure high-performance standards through continuous testing.
* Web Developer Requirements: S1 degree (any major), proficiency in JavaScript/Python, ReactJS, NodeJS, and SQL/NoSQL databases. UI/UX design skills and machine learning knowledge are added advantages.
* IoT Developer Requirements: S1 degree in Electrical Engineering (Weak Current) with strong coding and IoT familiarity.
## 2. Factory Department
The factory department oversees the transformation of sugarcane into high-quality sugar through six specialized divisions: Mill & Boiler, Process House, Electric & Instrument, Engineering Service, Laboratory, and Factory Administration Services (FAS).
* Educational Requirements:
* Mill, Boiler, & Engineering: D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering.
* Process House: D3/S1 Chemical Engineering, Industrial Agricultural Technology, or Food Technology.
* Electric & Instrument: S1 Electrical Engineering.
* Factory Administration: D3/S1 (All majors).
* General Requirements: Minimum GPA of 3.00, strong leadership and communication skills, and readiness to be stationed in Lampung Tengah or Tulang Bawang.
## 3. Plantation Department
Our plantation operations are vital to ensuring high-quality yields. We are seeking professionals for roles across various divisions, including Harvesting, Mechanical Harvest, Agro Lab, Biology Control, and Cane Breeding.
* Requirements: D3/D4/S1 in Agriculture, Forestry, Sciences (Math, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics), or Engineering (Agriculture, Geodesy, Surveying).
* Key Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to work in field conditions.
## 4. Workshop Division
This division ensures the readiness of our heavy machinery, agricultural equipment, and operational fleets.
* Responsibilities: Perform routine preventive maintenance, diagnose system failures, execute complex repairs, and ensure all activities adhere to strict SOPs.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Electrical Engineering with a GPA of at least 3.00. Applicants must possess strong diagnostic skills and a mechanical aptitude.
## 5. Warehouse & Inventory
Efficient logistics management is essential to our operations. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to manage fertilizer stocks, spare parts, and our Finish Good Warehouse (FGWH).
* Responsibilities: Manage inventory control, ensure accurate asset tracking, coordinate with distributors, and adhere to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) systems for sugar distribution.
* Requirements: D3/D4/S1 (Any major) with a GPA of at least 3.00. Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and a strong commitment to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are required.
