1. PV Engineer
The PV Engineer plays a critical role in the technical design and viability assessment of our solar installations. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting comprehensive site surveys and rigorous site assessments.
* Assisting the Project Manager in drafting project schedules, technical drawings, and detailed cashflow projections.
* Compiling precise Bills of Materials (BOM) in strict adherence to industry engineering standards.
2. Project Execution Specialist
This role is essential for ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with the Procurement Department to manage component acquisition.
* Preparing essential project documentation and generating periodic progress reports.
* Supporting the Project Manager in overseeing construction execution and maintaining strict quality control.
* Monitoring financial performance, including budgets and project cashflow.
* Leading Operation and Maintenance (O&M) activities, including planning, executing, and documenting system performance and service reports.
## Professional Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain our high standards of excellence, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in the energy or construction sector.
* Technical Proficiency: Prior knowledge of Solar Power Plant operations is strongly preferred. Candidates should be highly analytical, adaptive, and skillful in their approach to problem-solving.
* Software Competency: Practical familiarity with industry-standard design software such as PVSyst, Helioscope, and HOMER is required.
* Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English is essential for collaborative teamwork and reporting.
