## Job Position: HSE Officer
THI is currently seeking a motivated and certified HSE Officer to oversee safety protocols for complex operations, including geotechnical surveys, geophysical surveys, and groundwater well drilling tailored for the mining, oil and gas, and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across various project sites.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard identifications for geotechnical and drilling operations.
* Ensure strict adherence to national safety regulations and company-specific compliance standards.
* Facilitate safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for field personnel.
* Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed reports with actionable preventive measures.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma III (D3) or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they have a maximum of 1 year of professional experience.
* Mandatory Certifications: Must possess a valid AK3U, K3 Migas, or K3 BNSP certification.
* Location: Candidates must be currently domiciled in Bandung.
