## Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
As our new Compensation & Benefit Staff, you will be instrumental in managing employee rewards, ensuring payroll accuracy, and maintaining seamless HR administrative operations. Your day-to-day contributions will directly support our workforce, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional experiences for our visitors.
Core Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end payroll administration and accurate wage calculations.
* Oversee employee benefits, insurance programs, and compensation structures.
* Handle statutory compliance, including BPJS and income tax (PPh 21) processing.
* Monitor attendance records, overtime computations, and related workforce data.
* Generate comprehensive HR reports and maintain up-to-date employee databases.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this position, candidates must demonstrate a blend of technical HR expertise, analytical precision, and absolute discretion regarding confidential information.
General Requirements
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, HR Administration, or related fields (high-achieving fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
* Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of payroll systems, compensation frameworks, tax regulations (PPh 21), and BPJS administration.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, along with familiarity utilizing HRIS or modern payroll software.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, high accuracy, and strict adherence to data confidentiality.
* Problem-Solving: Proven organizational skills and a proactive approach to resolving workplace challenges.
* Industry Edge: Prior working experience within the tourism, hospitality, or leisure industry will be considered a distinct advantage.
