## Current Job Opening: Injection Molding Operator
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Injection Molding Operator to join our dynamic team at our facility in the MM2100 Industrial Town, Cikarang, Bekasi. This role is essential to our commitment to precision manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of production excellence by performing the following duties:
* Operating advanced injection molding machinery according to technical specifications.
* Conducting rigorous quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet internal standards.
* Accurately recording and managing production reporting logs.
* Actively participating in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
* Strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure workplace safety and operational consistency.
* Maintaining seamless communication and collaboration with cross-functional team members.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Gender: Male.
2. Age: Maximum 24 years old.
3. Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
4. Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience in the injection molding industry.
5. Technical Skills: Proven ability to operate injection molding machines and handle technical troubleshooting.
6. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
7. Availability: Must be ready for immediate placement at our Cikarang, Bekasi facility.
