## Position Overview
The Costing Analyst (Management Trainee) role is designed for ambitious individuals eager to kickstart their career within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for evaluating production costs, managing request for quotations (RFQs), and ensuring that our financial assessments align with our high-standard manufacturing processes.

Academic Requirements
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or final-year student in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Accounting, or Engineering Management.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Experience Level: Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Technical Expertise
We require candidates who are comfortable navigating complex manufacturing data. Your technical toolkit should include:
* Cost Accounting Fundamentals: Intermediate knowledge of material, labor, overhead, and tooling cost structures.
* Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IF formulas, Pivot Tables, and complex data modeling).
* Operational Familiarity: A solid understanding of Bills of Material (BOM), RFQ workflows, and general production cycles.
* Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret technical drawings and part blueprints is considered a significant advantage.
* System Knowledge: Prior experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
## Essential Soft Skills
Because this role involves working across multiple departments, including Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing, you must possess strong interpersonal abilities.
* Analytical Rigor: A keen eye for detail and strong numerical reasoning to handle high-volume quotation tasks.
* Time Management: Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
