In June 2026, PT Trakindo Utama is officially opening applications for the Trainee Sales Representative position. This program is meticulously designed to accelerate your professional growth, providing you with the essential tools, knowledge, and field experience required to excel in the competitive heavy equipment industry.
Program Structure and Training Path
The Trainee Sales Representative program spans six months, blending rigorous theoretical instruction with hands-on practical experience. The program is structured as follows:
* Phase 1: In-Class Intensive (3 Months): Conducted at the Trakindo Training Center in Cileungsi, Bogor, this phase focuses on mastering basic sales methodologies and acquiring deep product expertise.
* Phase 2: On-the-Job Training (3 Months): Trainees are assigned to one of our regional branches to apply their skills in real-world scenarios.
* Phase 3: Final Evaluation: A comprehensive assessment to ensure proficiency before graduation.
* Post-Graduation: Upon successful completion, candidates will be officially appointed as Sales Representatives and deployed to one of our branches across Indonesia.
Candidate Requirements

1. Educational Background: Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) degree. While all majors are welcome, preference is given to graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Marine Engineering.
