## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure the continued success and safety of our operations, candidates must meet the following rigorous professional standards:
* Educational Background: Minimum qualification of SMA/SMK, D3, or S1 degree, relevant to the specific position.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven work experience in the exact same role is mandatory.
* Industry Expertise: Applicants must possess specific experience within the coal mining industry.
* Certification Requirements:
* POP Certification: Required for Hauling Supervisor, Jetty Foreman, Plant & Maintenance Foreman, and Safety Officer positions.
* Welding Certification: Required for the Welder position.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), mining operations, and the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and team-collaboration abilities are essential.
* Performance Driven: Proven ability to meet performance targets in a high-pressure mining environment.
* Health and Availability: Must be physically fit to work in a mining operational area and willing to relocate to South Kalimantan under the company’s 10:2 roster system.
