## 1. Finance Administrative Assistant
This role is essential for maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. You will be responsible for managing transaction records and ensuring fiscal accuracy.
* Documenting all payment transactions and validating supporting paperwork.
* Managing petty cash reports and bank documentation.
* Preparing cash flow statements, departmental budgets, and comprehensive financial reports.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or Economics.
* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in finance.
* Proficiency in MS Office, specifically advanced Excel skills.
* Strong understanding of financial principles and taxation.
* Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and a tech-savvy mindset.
## 2. Machine Learning Engineer
We are looking for an innovative engineer to build intelligent systems that enhance our user experience and data-driven business decisions.
* Researching and implementing state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP, Generative AI, and Personalization.
* Developing predictive models to optimize ad targeting and content recommendations.
* Processing large-scale datasets to build scalable AI products.
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in ML/AI engineering.
* Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Python or Java and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
* Experience with vector databases and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

As an Accounting Officer, you will ensure our daily financial operations run smoothly and comply with all regulatory standards.
* Recording daily income, expenses, and journal adjustments.

* Managing company tax obligations and ensuring adherence to accounting policies.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* 6–12 months of experience in an accounting role (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
* Deep understanding of accounting principles and analytical rigor.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
* Holding a Brevet A/B certification is considered an advantage.
* Ability to work on-site (WFO) in Palmerah, Jakarta.

* Collecting and analyzing data from digital campaigns to assess performance.
* Monitoring metrics across social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a sales or marketing department.
