## Core Responsibilities
The HRD Staff role is integral to maintaining our operational excellence and supporting our workforce. You will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job advertisements to conducting initial candidate screenings.
* Interviewing: Executing professional candidate interviews to identify the best talent for our organization.
* Psychological Assessments: Administering psychological testing, scoring results, and compiling detailed psychogram reports to aid in hiring decisions.
* Employee Integration: Delivering orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into our corporate culture.
* Training Coordination: Overseeing the preparation and execution of monthly HRD-GA training sessions and producing comprehensive training evaluation reports.
* Documentation Control: Managing and updating essential HRD-GA documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental forms, in compliance with ISO standards.
* Administrative Compliance: Managing employment contracts and ensuring all HR documentation remains accurate and up-to-date.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about people development and eager to contribute to a manufacturing leader. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience in recruitment.
* Assessment Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to conduct Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI) and a deep understanding of psychological testing tools.
* Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
* Reporting Capabilities: Proven experience in analyzing and preparing psychological reports.
* Personal Attributes: A strong work ethic, professional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
