## 1. Palm Oil Certification Manager (Placement: Merauke, Papua)
We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our compliance and certification initiatives, ensuring our operations align with the highest industry standards.
* Develop and implement work programs compliant with ISPO and PROPER standards.
* Coordinate data collection and reporting across internal divisions.
* Oversee internal and external inspections, audits, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) management.
* Maintain and update knowledge of current regulations and ensure full organizational compliance.
* Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, reporting directly to the Regional and Head Office.
* Minimum Diploma-III (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Palm Oil Plantation, Environmental Science, or Forestry.
* Proven experience: 3+ years as a Certification Manager or 5+ years as an ISPO Assistant Manager (with supporting evidence).
* ISPO Auditor Certification (Permentan No 11/2015 and/or No 38/2020) is highly preferred.
* Expertise in AMDAL, RKL-RPL, SMK3, and hazardous waste (B3) management.
* Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
## 2. Supervisor of Palm Oil Mill & KCP (Placement: Jakarta / Head Office)
This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency and technical integrity of our processing facilities.
* Plan and execute operational strategies for CPO Mill and Kernel Crushing Plants (KCP).
* Maintain precise documentation of all operational activities.
* Perform diagnostic investigations on mechanical and electrical systems to optimize production.
* Implement international standards including Halal, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001/22000, HACCP, and ISCC.
* Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience.
* Technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and relevant ISO/Halal certifications is a distinct advantage.
## 3. Budget Controller Staff - Mill & KCP (Placement: Jakarta)
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee the financial performance and operational efficiency of our processing units.
* Prepare and manage the annual budget for all CPO Mills and KCPs.
* Evaluate monthly operational budgets and performance plans.
* Analyze costs and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
* Monitor and report on the performance of mill and kernel processing facilities.
* Expertise in SAP or relevant ERP systems is mandatory.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an HO Engineering Staff or Mill Controller.
* In-depth understanding of CPO Mill and KCP processing workflows.
* Exceptional organizational skills and a disciplined approach to administrative reporting.
