## About the Role: Talent Acquisition Officer
PT Unggul Dinamika Utama is actively seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Officer to spearhead the organization's workforce expansion. This role oversees the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the company secures top-tier talent to drive its ambitious operational goals.
The successful candidate will manage workforce planning, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while proactively building a high-caliber talent pool aligned with strict mining industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment operations from initial manpower planning to final onboarding.
* Execute effective sourcing strategies and conduct thorough candidate interviews.
* Coordinate seamlessly with internal department users and prospective applicants.
* Maintain exceptional communication and interpersonal standards across all organizational levels.
* Fulfill travel requirements for business trips or site placements as needed.
* Complete all mandatory recruitment stages, including document verification, interviews, psychological testing, and medical check-ups (MCU).
Professional Qualifications
* Education: Minimum D4 or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of proven professional experience as a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Officer specifically within the mining sector.
* Preferred Credentials: Possession of a BNSP Recruitment & Selection Certification, Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist (CTAS), or Certified Recruiter credential will be a distinct advantage.
