## Job Vacancy: Operator Colour Matching (Flexography)
The company is looking for a detail-oriented candidate to fill the role of Flexography Colour Matching Operator. This position plays a critical part in ensuring the highest visual quality and consistency of printed packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately formulate and mix ink colors according to precise client and production specifications.
* Monitor and adjust color output during the flexographic printing process to maintain strict quality standards.
* Collaborate closely with the production team to minimize downtime and reduce material waste.
* Maintain equipment cleanliness and adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations.
Candidate Qualifications
* Minimum education requirement of a High School Diploma (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK), preferably majoring in Graphic Arts (Grafika).
* Demonstrated hands-on experience working as a Colour Matching Operator within the flexographic printing industry.
* Proficient in ink color mixing formulations and color theory.
* Physically and mentally prepared to work in a rotating shift schedule.
* Possesses strong communication skills complemented by a positive, proactive work attitude.
* Capable of performing effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Must not be bound by any active employment contracts with other companies or institutions.
