1. Food Techno Commercial Specialist
As a Food Techno Specialist, you will act as a primary technical liaison between our company and our clients, ensuring that our hygiene solutions are implemented with precision and effectiveness.
* Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels at client sites, ensure product freshness, and strictly enforce First-In-First-Out (FIFO) procedures.
* Technical Support: Deliver hands-on product demonstrations, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and conduct comprehensive training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Installation and Maintenance: Perform professional site surveys, manage the installation of machinery, and ensure all work areas are left in pristine condition.
* Client Relations: Manage the supply of necessary spare parts and ensure client feedback is captured through formal satisfaction surveys.
* Documentation: Maintain systematic daily activity reports and inventory logs.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in a related field.
2. IT Support Staff
