# Professional Opportunities at the Center for Competency Development in Water Resources, Human Settlements, and Strategic Infrastructure
The Center for Competency Development in Water Resources, Human Settlements, and Strategic Infrastructure (Pusbangkom SDA CK PS) operates under the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia. As a vital government body, the center is dedicated to elevating the technical expertise of human resources across water management, urban infrastructure, and strategic building sectors. To support its mission, the center is currently seeking highly qualified professionals to fill two specialized assistant roles.
## 1. Assistant Expert: Curriculum and Module Development
This role is designed for professionals passionate about educational development and instructional design within technical fields. The selected individual will play a crucial role in shaping the knowledge base of future infrastructure professionals.
Required Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Civil Engineering Education, Building Construction Education, or Educational Technology.
* Experience: A minimum of six months of practical experience in curriculum development and educational/training module design.
Technical Competencies
* Expertise in applying hierarchical frameworks to classify learning objectives (Cognitive, Affective, and Psychomotor domains).
* Proficiency in designing training curricula, including Training Design (Syllabus) and Lesson Plans (RPP).
* Capability in creating engaging, interactive module layouts.
* Strong understanding of assessment development to measure diverse levels of cognitive ability.
* Deep knowledge of implementing Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) into learning methodologies.
Scope of Work
* Assisting Senior Experts in drafting training curricula, modules, question banks, and presentation materials.
* Compiling comprehensive training curriculum manuals and training guidelines.
* Participating in technical discussions regarding the development and updating of training content.
* Preparing monthly and final reports to ensure project accountability and progress tracking.
## 2. Assistant Expert: E-Learning Material Preparation
With the increasing reliance on digital transformation, the center is looking for creative professionals to assist in developing immersive e-learning experiences that push the boundaries of traditional training.
Required Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Educational Technology, Visual Communication Design (DKI), Multimedia, or Informatics Engineering.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics/animation, video production, interactive multimedia, and hypermedia.
Technical Competencies
* Skilled in drafting content outlines, material breakdowns (Storyboards and Flowcharts), and learning media scripts.
* Ability to craft comprehensive visual concepts, including brand consistency, aesthetic direction, and the application of visual hierarchy in User Interface (UI) design.
* Proficiency in professional software such as the Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline 360, and video editing tools.
* Technical understanding of emerging technologies, including Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), gamification, and metaverse-integrated learning.
Scope of Work
* Collaborating with Senior Experts to draft content outlines (GBIM), flowcharts, and storyboards.
* Developing supporting media assets for e-learning platforms.
* Creating high-quality digital learning materials.
* Attending coordination meetings focused on the preparation of e-learning content.
* Maintaining rigorous documentation through monthly and final progress reports.
