## Available Positions and Professional Qualifications

* Team Leader (1 Position)
Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering; minimum 5 years of professional experience; holds an Intermediate Expert Certificate in Construction Management (Ahli Madya Manajemen Konstruksi).
* Water Supply and Sanitation Expert (1 Position)
Qualifications:* Bachelor's (S1) or Applied Bachelor's (D4) Degree in Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or Environmental Engineering; minimum 3 years of experience; holds a Junior Expert Certificate in Water Supply Engineering or Environmental Engineering within Construction Services.
* Roads and Building Structures Expert (1 Position)
Qualifications:* Bachelor's (S1) or Applied Bachelor's (D4) Degree in Civil Engineering; minimum 3 years of experience; holds a Junior Expert Certificate in Road Engineering or Building Structure Engineering.
* HSE / Construction Safety Expert (1 Position)
Qualifications:* Bachelor's (S1) or Applied Bachelor's (D4) Degree in Engineering; minimum 2 years of experience; holds a Junior Expert Certificate in Construction Occupational Health and Safety (K3 Konstruksi).
* Building Structure Inspector / Supervisor (1 Position)

* Pipeline Work Inspector / Supervisor (1 Position)

* Secretary (1 Position)

## General Requirements for Applicants

* Indonesian Citizen (WNI) devoted to God Almighty, loyal to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

* Capable of performing under pressure and meeting critical deadlines in alignment with the Follow-Up Action Plan (RKTL).
* Possesses strong facilitation skills to engage government officials and local communities across village, sub-district, and regency levels, covering preparation, planning, execution, and post-execution phases.
* Demonstrates physical and mental fitness.
* Shows a strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Fully prepared to be stationed in the project operational zones of Lumut Nauli Village, Lumut Sub-district, Central Tapanuli Regency for Fiscal Year 2026, and willing to reside on-site.
## Core Duties and Responsibilities
Each role carries specific technical and managerial responsibilities to guarantee project success:
1. Team Leader
* Directly report to the Commitment Making Official (PPK) to facilitate swift decision-making regarding site restorations, minor preparatory works, and engineering details.
* Coordinate all experts and support staff, inspecting field operations and issuing written guidance to construction contractors.
* Ensure contractors fully understand the contract documents, adhere to technical specifications and blueprints, and apply appropriate construction methodologies.
* Review shop drawings, quantity calculations, and monitor daily progress schedules while formulating written recommendations to address potential delays.
2. Water Supply and Sanitation Expert
* Uphold construction service regulations, K3 safety standards, environmental controls, and quality management protocols.
* Lead the preparation and execution of commissioning activities for pipeline networks and sanitation facilities, compiling comprehensive operational reports.
* Inspect sanitation and water supply works in the field, advising the Team Leader on material approvals, progress tracking, and quality compliance.
3. Roads and Building Structures Expert
* Supervise structural construction activities, ensuring compliance with architectural drawings and structural engineering calculations.
* Conduct structural testing and commissioning, formulate testing reports, and oversee progress evaluations.
* Manage safety protocols, material inspections, and collaborate with the Team Leader on project milestone tracking.
4. HSE / Construction Safety Expert
* Oversee the fulfillment of construction safety requirements and monitor the implementation of the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) document.
* Collaborate with the contractor's HSE engineer to map workplace hazards, assess impact probabilities, and design preventive programs.
* Investigate potential workplace accidents, maintain health and safety documentation, and ensure environmental mitigation measures are actively enforced.
5. Support Inspectors and Supervisors
* Verify work readiness, inventory structural equipment, and execute routine site inspections.
* Inspect material mock-ups for buildings, water systems, and pipeline networks, reporting non-conformities directly to the respective experts and Team Leader.
6. Administrative and Support Roles (Secretary, Administrator, Drafter)
* Manage correspondence, archive project legalities (contracts, minutes of meeting, BAST), and maintain digital and physical document repositories.
* Coordinate meeting schedules, track daily/weekly team milestones, and draft clear operational notes.
Produce, verify, and update technical blueprints (shop drawings and as-built drawings*) in strict accordance with field realities and technical standards.
