* Experience: At least five years of managerial experience in a legal entity, with a proven history of effective team leadership.
* Technical Certification: Possession of a valid Drinking Water Management Competency Certificate (at least Junior Level).
## Selection Process Overview
The selection process is designed to identify the most qualified candidates through a rigorous, multi-stage evaluation:

2. Suitability and Fitness Assessment (UKK):
* Psychometric Testing: Administered by an independent professional agency.
